Whether you're only interested in one- on-one training for the long-term or you just need someone to steer you in the right direction to get you going, we have tailored options that will fit all your needs. We even have a hybrid coaching plan that will get you started, keep you accountable and help you push past any plateaus or challenges you face along the way.

Who are we looking for?
You do not need to be in good shape to start. This program is designed for beginners!
  • Must be will to come to our facility 3-4 days per week.
  •  Must be willing to take before and after photos to document our program's success
  •  Must be motivated to get results. 
  •  Must be willing to commit to the entire 90 days. The first week is brutal. We need people who will be here at the end to reap the benefits of all the hard work.
  •  Must have the willpower track your nutrition? We give you the tools that you need to succeed.
  •  Must enjoy working in a group environment. The energy at our gym is infectious. When it's positive energy, there's nothing better. But negative energy spreads too.
  •  Must be committed to making this change. This will not work if the coaches and I want to see you reach your goals more than you do! 
  •  Must leave your ego at the door. This is a place where hard work is respected. It is a humbling experience that we've been through.
  •  This is not a "biggest loser" type challenge. Not everybody will be coming in with the goal of weight loss. All transformations are welcome. 
  •  Must respect the rules of the gym. They're in place to set the culture. The culture is in place to give you the best workout experience possible.

Fill out our form and Schedule Your No Sweat Intro
Your No Sweat Intro is a 20 minute 1-on-1 meeting where we will work together to create your customized 6 week Experience. 
Step 2
Follow our complete Nutrition Overhaul
Our nutrition coaching is completely customized to you. The best part is, we won’t ask you to give up the foods you love, or starve yourself! We'll use InBody biometric tracking to monitor your progress every step of the way. 

Step 3
Starts with Personal Training
Joining a gym can be intimidating. That's why you start your 90 Day Program with 1-on-1 training. This is the best way to get you beach body ready.

Step 4
Join our Group Classes
Our group classes are designed to help you build lean muscle and tone up while burning fat all at the same time. Every class is different so we're sure to have something that'll make coming to the gym fun.
Step 5
Stay Accountable with Goal Setting Sessions
So you're 4 weeks in and you've lost fat - now what? In your Goal Setting Sessions, you’ll map out the next steps of your fitness journey with your coach.
Brandon Phillips
Owner of CrossFit Bound
Brandon graduated from Kennesaw State University with a Bachelor of Science Degree focused in Exercise Science. Since then Brandon has been a Strength and Conditioning Coach, Personal Trainer, and Gym Owner. Brandon has competed in everything from a 50k Trail Race, Triathlons, Olympic Weightlifting Competitions, to being a 5x CrossFit Games Competitor.
