Our nutrition coaching is completely customized to you. The best part is, we won’t ask you to give up the foods you love, or starve yourself! We'll use InBody biometric tracking to monitor your progress every step of the way.

Starts with Personal Training
Joining a gym can be intimidating. That's why you start your 90 Day Program with 1-on-1 training. This is the best way to get you beach body ready.
Step 4
Join Group Classes
Our group classes are designed to help you build lean muscle and tone up while burning fat all at the same time. Every class is different so we're sure to have something that'll make coming to the gym fun.
Step 5
Stay Accountable with Goal Review Sessions
So you're 4 weeks in and you've lost fat - now what? In your Goal Setting Sessions, you’ll map out the next steps of your fitness journey with your coach.
Brandon graduated from Kennesaw State University with a Bachelor of Science Degree focused in Exercise Science. Since then Brandon has been a Strength and Conditioning Coach, Personal Trainer, and Gym Owner. Brandon has competed in everything from a 50k Trail Race, Triathlons, Olympic Compeitions, to being a 5x CrossFit Games Competitor.
